The earth, the stars, the sun, the moon all inhabit you. It is of the universe for which you take this action. Not all are of the mindset that they are complete in body, mind, and spirit. Meaning all (body, mind, spirit) are unique to you as one. And as one, you are connected. Body to mind to spirit - even as spirit you "belong" to body. As such, you must maintain your body wisely. The process of mind-body connection guarantees the avenue to good health, good wealth, and good well-being, Because your spirit is in it and connected. One cannot proclaim to know body and mind without spirit. All connect as one. So be mindful, be caring in all that you do today, and every day with your body and your mind. For the spirit will not convey the unknown (awareness/creation) to you, if you do not heed the wellness that is available to you from within. For it is always you that initiates the beginning, for it is always you who creates.Keep focused. Be mindful. Be intentional. Keep knowing it is you who connects. It all begins with you, who is complete.
